Facilities & Services

Our first quality senior living complex consists of three separate facilities, located on one campus. Each of are facilities are specifically designed to provide special need levels of service for their residents.
Green Terrace, Assisted Living, ALS

Green Terrace is a super active licensed personal care/assisted living facility that is fully staffed with trained attendants that are supervised by an Administrative Director and a CCSP RN. First quality care for residents is provided around the clock - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Room accommodations include private and semi-private rooms. The facility is licensed to accept private pay and CCSP approved residents. Services Include: Planned activities, three nutritionally balances meals daily, assistance with self administered medications, assistance with eating, bathing, grooming, dressings, ambulating and transfers. Housekeeping, personal laundry, transportation to local medical appointments are also included. All of which are included in one monthly rental rate. 

The Villas

The beautiful Villas are independent living facilities that consist of very large, private and semi-private suites (with private baths) that surround central dining and sitting areas. Each suite has its own private entrance. Amenities include: Three nutritionally balanced meals daily, planned activities, daily housekeeping, laundry, utilities and maintenance. All of which are included in one monthly rental rate.

The Heritage

The very safe and secure Heritage consists of large one and two bedroom apartments.

Amenities include: Maintenance. Laundry and daily housekeeping are optional.
